Reiki is a form of care that uses hands-on energy channeling. It is an holistic approach which essentially aims to restore health and well-being by balancing the body, the mind, and the spirit aspects of the person.

It’s in Japan, at the end of the 19th century, that Mikao Usui rediscovered Reiki in old buddhist parchments. This holistic method has been taught from master to student ever since.
