Reference to the word “product”
Because of the lingo used by our website’s online shopping component, the word “product” is used by default to designate anything that can be purchased. However, www.patrickarguin.com does not sell any tangible “product” or object. Therefore, when you see the word “product”, it refers to a professional service.
Payment/Booking Policy
When you complete a transaction for a service (product), this acts as a reservation (payment authorization). The funds are manually captured ONLY AFTER you have scheduled your appointment with Patrick Arguin. You thus have to make sure to contact Mr. Arguin to set a date and time. If no arrangements are made within 7 days, the authorization is cancelled.
Exceptions
The services (products) that make exception to this rule are explicitely stated in a box titled “Payment/Booking Policy” located on every service’s (product) description page.
Cancelled or Missed Appointment
You can get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you pass this delay, or completely miss your appointment, only 75% will be refunded.
