Firstly, Reiki is an energy that soothes, comforts, and brings well-being, balance and resilience. By imposition of the practitioner’s hands; a Reiki care aims to harmonize the 3 dimensions (body, mind, soul) of your being. In addition, it can nurture your body’s self-healing capabilities, and increase your level of consciousness.

Reiki can calm your mind, soothe your nervous system, relieve pain and tensions, and comfort heavy emotions. This combination of calm and comfort may help to facilitate your awareness, decision making, and personal growth. This body-mind-soul interaction is possible through your chakras system; the « energy » organs of the human body.

Defining the Intention of the Care
Furthermore, Reiki always collaborate harmoniously with your needs. Hence it is preferable to let it work without forcing any result… My work is to let myself be guided, and I would attest that the most impactful experiences happen when we allow the process to flow! However, you may still define a conscious intention of what your needs are before the care. This can bonify your overall experience. But regardless, Reiki will give you what you need in that moment.

Therefore, it can become a valuable ally in your personal journey… Hence the inner calling some people may get about becoming attuned to it; as it did for me back in 2001!

In addition, Reiki can help to connect the dots between certain emotional states (causes) and physical conditions (consequences) and contribute to more wellness, but it does not replace a medical or a psychological treatment.
