Losing Myself remote reiki

In 2000, at the age of 26, I found myself at a dead end. Reiki, meditation, and counseling helped me get back on track and reconnect with myself. Over time, I was able to rediscover the generous and caring person I once was, this time without losing myself.

Finding Myself

This process allowed me to better understand myself and reconnect with a passion: supporting human beings, young and old, in their quest for well-being. Calm, empathetic, and grounded, I am also intuitive and pragmatic… with a very much alive inner child, as evidenced by Tools of the Heart, a collection of children’s books I co-wrote and illustrated.

For me, Reiki was the true catalyst for this inner process. Today, it is an integral part of who I am, and thus the reason why I teach it!

Paying it Forward

Regardless of the service offered, I adapt to each person’s pace to bring out the strengths and answers they need to blaze their own path. This is the gift I received… and one I wish to pass on in turn.

I have a saying; “Nothing is ever truly lost, only disconnected!”
